“2013 and Beyond Tax Planning”

Posted by Mark On September 17th

Are your strategies for tax planning current? Have you factored in the changes with the passage of The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 (ATRA) and the Health Care Law (Obama Care)?

013 & Beyond Tax Planning

It’s difficult to stay on top of all the changes that influence your tax planning strategies. Keeping on track, with all provisions that have expired or changed in 2012, is…

…necessary.

Download my FREE eBook, 2013 and Beyond Tax Planning” for some tips on what is going to expire, investments and tax planning for your portfolio(s), estate and GST tax, NII, Medicare surtax, and more. Tax planning of the past, defer income and accelerate deductions at year end, is no longer with the passage of The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 (ATRA) and the Health Care Law (Obama Care).

The new approach should be “spreading of income and deductions” over multiple years. This eBook will explain the provisions that have expired or changed in 2012 and give you some tax planning ideas for 2013 and beyond.

It will highlight the most common provisions in my opinion and it should not be considered a complete guide. As always you should consult your own tax advisor.
